Jessica Sahagun-Rogers | Owner
Hi, I’m Jessica Sahagun, the proud owner of JS&G Events and Venues, which includes Vue 1919 (formerly The Venue at Falls Park) and Park Place. In early 2024, I was fortunate to take over these incredible properties from my sisters’ mother-in-law, and it has truly been a dream come true. I’ve always had a passion for creating spaces that not only honor Greenville’s rich history but also provide the community with versatile venues to gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories—no matter the occasion.
My journey to this point has been a blend of diverse experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in sales across various industries, where I learned firsthand the importance of exceptional customer service. I’ve always believed that providing a “white glove” experience to our clients is non-negotiable. Whether it’s a venue-only rental or a full-service event, I ensure that every detail is taken care of, so our clients can relax and enjoy their special day.
For the past decade, I’ve also had the privilege of working in marketing for Fortune 500 companies, as well as running my own smaller agency. These experiences have given me a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of trends, and the ability to turn visions into reality. I approach each event with creativity, precision, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations, ensuring that it’s a unique and unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
At JS&G Events, our goal isn’t to compete with other venues or planners in Greenville—it’s to offer something truly special. We’re focused on crafting events that are as unique as the people we serve. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or community celebration, we’re here to help tell your story and create a celebration that reflects who you are. Above all, we care deeply about our clients and our community, and we’re honored to be part of their most important moments.
Every event is a chance to make a lasting impression, and that’s what drives me and my team to give nothing less than our best.

Sarah Gray | Lead Planner
Hi there! I’m Sarah Gray, the lead planner with JS&G Events, and I’m all about creating modern, stylish events that feel as unique as the people behind them. I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2020 with a degree in communications and a double minor in Italian Studies and European Studies. With over 200 events under my belt, I focus on blending smooth logistics with creative, trend-forward designs that break the mold of traditional event aesthetics. Whether it’s sleek minimalist vibes or bold, fashion-forward details, I love designing events that are fresh, innovative, and totally one-of-a-kind.
My background in floral design definitely helps fuel my creativity, and I’m always looking for ways to mix in the latest trends while making sure your event stays timeless. Outside of planning, I also handle social media marketing, sharing our beautiful events with the world through posts and reels. When I’m not working on an event, you’ll probably find me traveling—whether it’s a weekend getaway or an international adventure with friends. I can’t wait to bring your vision to life and create a day that’s as unforgettable as you are!

Alexandra Sahagun | Operations Manager
Hi! I’m Alexandra Sahagun, and I’m the Operations Manager and COO at JS&G Events. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and another in Psychology, which have given me a solid understanding of both people and systems. Before joining JS&G, my career took me in a few different directions. I worked as a civilian Safety Coordinator for the United States Navy, where I gained invaluable experience in operations, safety protocols, and logistics. I’ve also worked as a Correctional Officer, in sales, and as a recruiter for a well-known recruiting company, all of which helped me develop a diverse skill set in managing people, processes, and problem-solving.
At JS&G, I get to bring all of that experience together. As Operations Manager, I oversee the daily operations of our venue, manage contractors, handle paperwork, and assist with financials. I also play an active role in sales, where I sell our event space and work directly with potential clients to ensure we’re meeting their needs and expectations. I love making sure everything is organized and running smoothly, so our team can focus on delivering exceptional events for our clients.
What excites me the most is seeing how our business continues to grow. Watching everything come together and knowing I’ve had a hand in that is incredibly rewarding. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s all about excellence, and I’m looking forward to helping us keep thriving and creating amazing experiences for every event we host!
