This package is for the couple who wants every aspect of their wedding managed for them. We’ll meet with you twelve to eighteen months in advance of your wedding date to plan your perfect wedding. Some benefits of La Grandeur Package are:
Included in La Grandeur Package are items listed in Le Grand Package: - Support in acquiring appropriate venues for ceremony, reception, and any other wedding related activities. - Budget creation, tracking, and payment scheduling to help keep you on schedule from start to finish. - Set-up all vendor appointments and meetings. - Review and negotiation of vendor contracts - Complete follow up with all vendors (throughout the planning). - Contribution and attendance at tasting with your food service provider. - Guest lodging acquisition - Logistics management throughout the planning period including: - Transportation coordination for the event date. - Detailed itinerary provided to vendors and officiate. - Basic wedding timeline provided to wedding party participants. - Advice on music to be played at ceremony and reception, as well as recommendations on performers. - Support and assistance in choosing wedding stationary and wording included. - Coordination and direction of rehearsal (1-hour) - Rehearsal meal (brunch/luncheon/dinner) development with one hour of coordination - Answers and advice regarding etiquette. - Within normal business hours, unlimited phone calls. - E-mail access to wedding consultant. - Verification of all vendor services at least one week in advance for wedding, and direction of these services the day of the wedding. - Direction of wedding day events (ceremony and reception).
Unique to La Grandeur Package is: - Vendors specially selected by your planner. - Total theme, décor and design customization. - Scheduling and attendance at vendor meetings. - Attendance at all meetings with caterer, ceremony and reception site managers. - Attendance at all meetings with florist or floral designer. - Assembly of the following: - Invitations (postage not included). - Welcome bags (materials not included). - RSVP service and response tracking - Planning and coordination of one other wedding weekend event (luncheon, bridal shower, morning after brunch, Mendi, Nika-khat, bridesmaids’ tea, etc.). - 100 thank you notes for use after the wedding. - Regularly scheduled planning meetings as need to review details of the wedding (either in person or via teleconference) - Bridal suite turn down service (This service is limited to those receptions located at a hotel or those within a two mile radius of the reception).
On your wedding day, this package will be staffed by your wedding planner as well as appropriate trained staff members to orchestrate your wedding to your specifications.
