If you are considering hiring a professional wedding planner, an initial consultation is required. The consultation is the first step in the planning process and will help you map out the rest of your planning. At your consultation, you will be able to clearly convey what you want to experience on your wedding day. Our talented team will give you our straightforward advice and share our collective knowledge with you to help form the blueprint for your wedding day.
Once this initial meeting is concluded, you will receive a detailed quote for our services that is customized for your wedding. Please note that consultations are by appointment only.
For weddings occurring on one of the listed holidays below or their subsequent weekends , a premium of $1,000 will be included in your quote. The premium dates include: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.
Planning and coordination is not offered for weddings that occur the week after, or week of Christmas.
Travel, Lodging and Ground Transportation Expenses:
All travel, lodging and ground transportation fees are the responsibility of the client. This includes the travel, lodging and ground transportation of your wedding consultant as well as all assistants needed to run your event. Please note that these charges are usually occurred on weddings outside the area, as describe below.
Out of Area Weddings
While we are happy to travel for your wedding, all contracted weddings outside a 50 mile radius of Woodbridge, VA will incur an additional fee of $250.00 that will be added to the final cost of your wedding services contract.
